“Let those whom the providence of God has led to the monastery be received by the sisters with reverence and kindness.”
(from our Order’s Constitutions)
We do not merely wish to offer accommodation. Rather, we encourage our guests to take part in our liturgical prayer.
Daily routine at the guesthouse
18.45: evening meal
SUNDAYS AND SOLEMNITIES
18.30: evening meal
Our guest house can accommodate up to eight guests (six single rooms and one double room). Two rooms are situated on the ground floor, the other rooms are on the first floor (no lift). You will find common showers and toilets at the corridors.
The maximum length of stay is one week.
At most days, the meals do not contain meat. Unfortunately, our means of accommodating people who have to keep special diets are very limited.
In order to maintain an atmosphere of silence and prayer at our guesthouse, we rely on the cooperation of our guests. We ask them to maintain silence in the individual rooms and the hallways.
Breakfast is taken individually in silence. The midday-meal is common and also in silence. During the evening-meal, there is a possibility to speak with each other.
When contacting us for the first time, we ask you to do so by telephone. In other cases, you can also contact us by email.
The sisters that take care of the guesthouse can be reached:

(Please, remove the around the @-sign.)
– by telephone: +32 (0)11 44 61 69 between 9.30 en 11.30 and between 14.30 en 16.45
For group-meetings or recollections in a quiet, peaceful environment, there is a room available for up to twenty-five persons. If required, we can offer these groups coffee, tea and soup at noon.
Families and little groups (up to 9 persons) can be welcomed for a few days in ‘De Klare Bron’ (‘The Clear Source’): a special accomodation for groups, at a few meters from the monastery.
